Micro Force is the name of Beanborn's collaborative coffee series, built around microbial fermentation technology. All coffee creations developed in collaboration with producers worldwide and completed using a scientifically-driven post-processing approach are included in the Micro Force series. We believe that post-processing is not merely an extension of the processing steps, but also a crucial tool for flavor design, quality consistency, and enhancing the value of the origin. Through a precise understanding of microorganisms, fermentation conditions, and processing objectives, Micro Force aims to help producers establish more targeted flavor strategies across different varieties, environments, and market demands.
