After being polished and refined by artisans, "Project Hidden Gems" aims to stand with these diligent coffee producers who are dedicated to pursuing the quality of specialty coffee through post-processing techniques, developing a series of dazzling and inspiring new coffee processes.
Project Malachite (Vietnam)
"Project Malachite" is our coffee quality improvement plan for the Buon Ma Thuot coffee region in Vietnam. Its goal is to refine traditional Robusta coffee, showcasing its terroir and flavor at their best.

Project Jadeite (Guatemala)
"Project Jadeite" is a project launched in Antigua, Guatemala. We collaborate with local processing plants to introduce yeast inoculation fermentation technology, reducing the risks and hidden costs for producers during the production process.

Project Opal (Honduras)
In Honduras, we assist producers in improving coffee fermentation processes at a lower cost and using innovative technologies to enhance coffee quality.

Project Sapphire (Thailand)
"Project Sapphire" involves collaborating with coffee producers in Thailand to use yeast inoculation to precisely manage the fermentation process, increasing control over the production and creating richer flavor profiles in the coffee.

Project Tourmaline (Nicaragua)
We collaborate with top local producers to develop improvements to existing production technologies and jointly develop innovative processes to continuously enhance the quality and value of our coffee.
