Bourbon is an ancient cultivar belonging to he “Bourbon/Typica” genetic group (details here).
Various cultivars derive from original Tall Bourbon through mutations such as Caturra, Laurina…The mutations are not
detectable so far through molecular markers. The phenotype of your tree (tall, dwarf, laurina like) will complete the
genetic analysis and tell the exact cultivar it is corresponding to.
